My favorite onomatopoeia genre of metal, Djent! I saw Tesseract live in NYC when they opened for Gojira a couple of years ago. Such a great show and having been the first time I heard Tesseract, a great new band to add to my collection. Also opening for that show was a band called Car Bomb. That was some ear violence that didnt come off well in person. Listening to them again later though, I have grown to appreciate how wild and experimental they are.
